I am Péter Váli, and my journey in the world of gastronomy began in my childhood. The enthusiasm and dedication to hospitality have always been central factors in my life. At the age of 10, I dreamt of a place where I could prepare the best quality food with carefully selected fresh ingredients from the market, and serve them with my own wines produced on my vineyard. In 2000, this dream came true as we launched Váli Estate in Badacsonyörs, in the heart of the Balaton Highlands. Since then, we have worked year after year to ensure our guests love being there at least as much as we do. Thanks to our perseverance and diligence, we currently farm organically on nearly 10 hectares, providing accommodation for 24 persons close to the winery. I believe the success of our estate lies in the fact that making wine is still not a job for us, but a passion we pursue with care.
